Here's an example of how you would be charged: Account set-up before or after hospital admission. No charge. Day 1: Two voice messages sent. $4.95 charged to your credit card. Day 2: No usage. No charge. Day 3: One voice message sent. $4.95 charged to your credit card. The unlimited usage period for a given day ends at 1 a.m. So if you use the service at noon on Monday, you can use it again until 1 a.m. Tuesday at no additional charge.  The $4.95 price includes all long distance charges.
